In recent months, I have consciously taken a little hibernation.
A period of rest and reflection to focus on developing wonderful plans for La Luz. The first quarter of the year was dedicated to preparation, renewal, and growth.

In addition, I have proudly introduced affiliate programs and have been working hard on optimizing my own processes with the goal of taking La Luz to new heights.
Breathwork
As many of you know, I am committed to my own self-development. It is a journey that is not always easy, as it sometimes requires us to peel back all our layers to become a better version of ourselves. In recent months, I have undergone two Breathwork sessions with Trauma Release. A profound experience that has helped me to dig deeper within myself and release a lot of old baggage.

Trip to Cappadocia
Now I am preparing for my trip to Cappadocia, where I am heading next week for a branding trip. An adventure full of new experiences, inspiration, and growth awaits me. I am very much looking forward to exploring this new destination and being inspired by the beautiful environment and culture of Cappadocia.

I envision the coming months to be focused on rest, balance, and adventure.
