Oh no… didn't reach my goal again
I have to confess that I struggle with this immensely in my personal life. For instance, I keep resolving to eat healthier and exercise more. Often, after just one day, that resolution has already vanished and I've embraced my addiction to chocolate and blankets on the couch once again.
