These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between La Luz Lifestyle and you as a customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We do our best to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to your screen settings. Our gemstone jewelry is made from natural materials, making the color and pattern of each stone unique.

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors in pricing or product information are not binding for us.

Ordering and payment

Your agreement with us is concluded as soon as your order has been completed and we have received it. You will subsequently receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You pay during checkout using one of the offered payment methods. Payments are processed via secure payment providers. We will ship your order once your payment has been successful.

Shipping and delivery

Orders of €40.00 and over are shipped for free (not valid for sweaters). For amounts below this, we charge shipping costs, which you will see during checkout. We generally ship your order within [number] business days. Delivery times are indicative. Personalized products may take longer.

Is your package damaged or did it not arrive? Email us with your order number, and we will resolve it together.

Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Please notify us within this period using the form on our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page or by e-mail. You must then return the products to us within 14 days. The costs for return shipping are at your expense.

We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving your notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method as used for your order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.

Products that were specially made or personalized for you (for example, with a name, date, text, or engraving) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. More information can be found on our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page.

Warranty and complaints

We supply products that meet the requirements of the agreement. Is there something wrong with your product? You are legally entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund. The warranty does not apply to improper use or normal wear and tear. Please report a complaint within a reasonable time via info@laluzlifestyle.com. We will respond within 14 days.

How we handle your data can be read in our privacy policy.

Applicable law

Our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain in effect.
